Chapter Director's Corner

 Here it is March.  Spring will soon arrive, and so will the riding season.  Are your motorcycles jumping up and down saying let’s go?  There rest will soon be over, and we will all be out and about on the highways and byways.  It will be nice to be out on the open roads again.  Winter seems so long, but then summer goes by so fast also.

The Spring Ops meeting will be held on March 13th.  Remember this meeting is open to all chapter members, so you may want to attend.  These meetings are always informative, and with the state rally in Grand Rapids this year we may want to hear what will be happening in our area.  The meeting starts at 8:00am on Sat. and should be over by 2 or so.  Hope some of you will be in attendance, as there will be plenty of things to do for the rally.

Not much happening in the chapter now, just waiting to get out on the bikes, like everyone else.

Ride Educators Corner:

 With spring just around the corner, this may be a good time to check the motorcycle over for the 1st ride.  Make sure the tires are ok, tire pressure, etc.  Make sure that all the lights and the brakes are working properly.  Make sure your fluids are up.  Follow all of these and the normal safety rules for the first ride will be a safe one.

Get-together 3rd Thursday of the month
Ride Point Meet at Hometown Family Restaurant (Old Country Kitchen) on the beltline, Hwy 169 North in the Graysher Shopping Center, across from Holiday gas station Hibbing.  Full tank, empty bladder.  Leave 6:00 p.m. sharp.
